Designed by Scialla Studio, this project celebrates sophistication, comfort, and craftsmanship in every detail, merging timeless materials with advanced lighting and contemporary aesthetics.

Upon entering the residence, guests are welcomed into an elegant reading room that also functions as a refined reception area. The space is defined by an imposing full-wall bookcase, where the warmth of natural wood meets modern innovation through LED lighting integrated between the shelves. On the south wall, a second custom-built bookcase features a bench with an integrated storage compartment, combining design and functionality in perfect harmony. This room sets the tone for the entire penthouse, a balance of tradition and innovation, crafted with precision and artistic intent.

The living room reveals breathtaking panoramic views through floor-to-ceiling glass walls. At its center, a sculptural chandelier hovers above a custom round dining table surrounded by soft neutral-toned chairs, while a linear fireplace adds warmth and visual depth. A contemporary bar cabinet anchors the corner of the space, designed with an integrated storage area that conceals a portable drink cart, allowing it to be easily moved outside during private gatherings and events. This clever design feature enhances both hospitality and versatility, reflecting the project’s focus on experiential luxury.
