The Process
Every exceptional space begins with understanding. Through thoughtful collaboration and careful attention to detail, we uncover the vision that shapes your environment. The experience, for us, is always the first priority — and it's important for our clients to feel heard, understood, and respected as we shape something truly bespoke.
Discovery
We begin every project with deep listening. During our initial consultation, we explore your lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, functional needs, and aspirations for the space. We visit the site, study the architecture, understand the light, and absorb the character of the environment. This phase establishes the foundation upon which every design decision will rest.
Concept
With a thorough understanding of your vision, we explore ideas through space plans, massing studies, mood boards and early design directions. We present options and refine them together until a clear concept emerges — one that is authentically yours.
Design Development
The chosen concept is refined into a complete design: 3D renderings, curated materials and finishes, custom details and the technical solutions that make them work. Every decision is reviewed collaboratively, so the design is fully resolved before construction begins.
Documentation
We produce comprehensive drawings and specifications for permitting, pricing and construction. Clear, precise documentation keeps contractors aligned and protects the design intent through every stage of the build.
Construction
We support you and your builder throughout construction — coordinating trades, reviewing progress and resolving challenges proactively — through to the final styling and finishing touches. The result is an environment that exceeds your expectations and feels unmistakably like home.
